1- Application of BSN material to arm

Stick the BSN material behind the embroidery so that the protective paper is out, then remove the protective foil.

Applicable Temperature: Approx. 135 ºC

Applicable Pressure: 0,3 bar

Duration: Press for about 5 seconds, with iron for 10-15 seconds

The temperature to be applied for BSN type J is 185 ºC.

Note that the temperature and pressure to be applied are not too high. Do not forget that the plastic material is temporarily adhered to the back of the fabric and this material should not come into contact with the embroidery thread or the fabric. Thus, sufficient amount of BSN remains to be bonded to the fabric.
